Fitness Center: The HOA pays Hotel Arras an annual fee for use of the Fitness Center. Owners, owner’s family members and owner’s overnight guests may use the Fitness Center in accordance with the same hours, responsibilities and restrictions of a Hotel Arras guest. Access is by the same fob used to access your Unit. 

There is a risk of injury when using fitness equipment or in proximity to others using the Fitness Center. Accordingly, users assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages incurred in the Fitness Center. Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult 18 or older. Please report any malfunctioning equipment to the Hotel front desk.

Aloft Pool: Condo owners may use the Aloft pool free of charge through a complimentary day pass. Guests of owners (including children of owners not living full time in the Arras) may purchase a pool day pass for $15 per person. All owners and guests must check-in at the Aloft front desk, sign a waiver stating the pool rules and regulations, will receive an Aloft pool wristband and will be escorted to the pool deck. This special arrangement, for which the HOA pays no annual fee, may be revoked or revised at any time for any reason.

Guest Parking: Guest parking is available by reservation, free of charge, at the AC Hotel on a first-come first-serve basis. The HOA pays for two spaces annually. Whenever possible, preference will be given to Owners who have used this amenity the least.

To reserve a space, please use the self-service parking reservation app "Dibsido" to book an available parking space up to 4 weeks in advance. NOTE: you will need an "invitation" to join the system and will need to activate your account with the usual login information the first time you try to access Dibsido. Please send a request to [email protected]  when you are ready to join and we will send you an invitation email. Once you have registered, from then on, you can use the app to inquire about availability and book a space. Pick up the parking pass from Security (828) 774-5542 shortly before your reservation and deliver the parking pass back to security at the end of your booking. If a guest pass is lost or not returned to Security on time, you will be billed a service charge to replace it.

Spa/Massage: Urban Exhale provides exclusive massage service to hotel guests and condo residents. Service is available in the 3rd floor spa room and is expected to be available in a resident’s condo unit. To book service go to https://urbanexhalearras.com. 

Kimpton Hotel Arras - Resident Discount Rate: The Kimpton Hotel Arras offers a 15% "Arras Friends and Family" discount off of retail rates to Arras Resident Owners, subject to availability. Click to book online: Arras Resident Owners

Valet Parking: Condo owners and/or their guests may avail themselves of Hotel Arras valet parking services at standard rates for daytime or evening parking. No overnight valet parking is offered.

Public Parking Garages Nearby: Hourly or overnight parking may be secured at one of the many city-owned, county-owned or private parking garages as well as street parking in accordance with city parking regulations and hours.

Bargello/ District 42 Room Service: Individual QR codes may be used to order room service from Bargello or District 42 - delivered right to your door. Click here for your QR code and further instructions. See ordering information in the section under "Other Useful Information".
 

• Bargello, on the hotel lobby level of the Kimpton Hotel Arras, offers dining service in-restaurant, on the outdoor patio and room service to both Hotel guests as well as condo residents.
   
• District 42 offers small shareable plates and craft cocktails in the lounge area on hotel lobby level for in-restaurant and outdoor patio dining.

Conference Room/ Meeting Space: Rooms can be rented from the Hotel front desk.
