Arras Residential HOA Members,

Our annual meeting will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM by Zoom.

Meeting Objectives: The main purpose of the meeting is to elect three (3) Directors of the Executive Board, each serving for a one-year term and ratification of the budget.
 

Quorum Required: A quorum of 50% of the total voting power is required.
 

Agenda: The agenda follows.

Election Process: Resolution 25-1 defines the voting process, voting by proxy and voting tabulation along with candidate instructions.

Proxies: Each member may vote in person or by proxy. A proxy form follows, but any written instructions with your signature or electronic signature will suffice.

Voting: Voting must take place during the voting period at the annual meeting in accordance with the instructions given.
