Security is the first place to go to support residential needs. For scheduled service, contact FSR. For unscheduled issues, call security at 828-774-5542 (If no one is in the office and immediate service is required, call the Front Desk at 828-255-0303 so that the front desk can page Security).

Security Services to Owners/ Residents: Among the services that Security provides to owners/ residents:
Access Issues (Forgot Fob/ Fob not working/ Garage clicker not working or lost): Security (828)-774-5542 (not the Front Desk) will help you. Security keeps a supply of replacement or additional garage door openers. Please do not ask any hotel staff to admit guests, contractors or delivery personnel to the elevator or to your unit.
Guest Parking Pass: Reserve the parking space on the "Dibsido" parking app, pick-up and return from Security. First time use of Dibsido see instructions here.
Assisting Package Delivery to your door: UPS and FedEx drivers have an access code. Amazon drivers pick up and return a fob from Security. Handle the “occasional” and unexpected delivery outside normal standard procedures.
Scheduled Delivery/ Move-in/ Move-out: Schedule with FSR. Security will pad and remove pads from elevator. Upon completion of the move, let Security know and Security will inspect the condo hallway, condo lobby and elevator for damage and report to FSR for return of security deposit (or take images for potential assessment by the RHOA board).
Walking resident floors, 7 rounds per 24 hours.
Security Cameras: The building has a surveillance system to enhance security within and outside the building. Tampering with, disabling, or destroying cameras or other equipment is prohibited.
Security Camera Investigation: Security monitors cameras throughout the Arras and garage and addresses potential security issues to person or property. There is no expectation that cameras will be monitored at all times. Investigations will be conducted after the fact when an issue and a request for investigation becomes known to Security.
Audio/video Recording by Residents: Security concerns and privacy concerns can be in conflict. Residents expect privacy in the hallways and common areas. There is a difference between security video captured by an individual versus security video maintained by a professional staff with a security policy and management oversight.
If you are contemplating the purchase or installation of a device similar to a “Ring Doorbell", please consider the privacy of your neighbors and know that the Board may issue further guidelines as it determines necessary.
Hotel Security Services: The Hotel security staff follows its professional protocols regarding: building access during demonstrations, city events and festivals; vagrants; vandals and maintaining the safety of the grounds during rain, ice and snow.
Dont’s: Please do not ask the security staff for individual services, moving furniture, collecting or holding packages or other items, help with odd jobs/ labor, or admitting contractors or guests. Refer to the "Do's and Don'ts" for more information.
