All rules and regulations are binding upon all Owners and residents/tenants. It is the Owner’s responsibility to make their tenants, guests, contractors, and other authorized users of the Condo Unit aware of these Rules and Regulations and to see that they abide by them. Any reference to Owner herein includes such tenants, guests, contractors or other authorized users of the Condo Unit.
The Board is authorized to enforce the provisions of the Declarations and the Rules and Regulations, to levy and collect Assessments in accordance with the Bylaws and to impose reasonable sanctions for any violations by the affected Owner. Any sum assessed by the Board which remains unpaid for 30 days or longer shall constitute a lien on the Unit upon filing in accordance with N.C.G.S.
To avoid outdated information, these Rules and Regulations are maintained and hosted online.
If there is a conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and Regulations and the Declaration documents as amended, the terms of the Declaration(s) shall control.
